Terms of service

These terms govern your use of fotospinbooth.com and the FotoSpinBooth software (the "Service"), provided by [Company legal name], [address], Croatia, OIB [OIB number] ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Early access

During early access the Service is provided free of charge and "as is". Features may change, and we may end early access with reasonable notice. Please keep your own backups of important event content.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account, including by staff or clients you invite.

3. Your content and your guests

You keep all rights to the photos, videos, logos and other content created or uploaded through the Service. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the Service. As a booth operator you are responsible for informing guests how their images are used, obtaining any required consents, and complying with applicable law, including the GDPR. Where we process guest data on your behalf, our data processing terms apply.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to disrupt the Service.

5. Paid plans

When paid plans launch, prices, billing periods and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, including offline capture, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After termination you can request an export of your content for [30] days, after which it is deleted.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply where relevant.
